Delivery
If you live in the UK, add 'United Kingdom' to calculate shipping costs. UK delivery is free on most items. There are charges for international delivery.
Your goods will be posted via Royal Mail standard delivery. We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for standard delivery. Europe and Rest of the World can take between 5 to 14 + days to arrive.
Some of our items are made to order so can take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched. Please email us for a more accurate date.

Returns
If you are unhappy with an item please return the goods within two weeks, with a note giving the reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please retain a Certificate of Posting. No responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.
