Delivery
If you live in the UK, add 'United Kingdom' to calculate shipping costs. UK delivery is free on most items. There are charges for international delivery.
Your goods will be posted via Royal Mail standard delivery. If you would like Special Delivery (Next Day, Royal Mail) please add the Next Day Delivery item to your cart.
Please note, Next Day delivery orders must be placed before 10.00am, in order for them to be packed and dispatched in time to reach you the following day.
If you need your goods in a hurry or for a special event, please add 'Special Delivery' to your cart, as Royal Mail standard delivery is not guaranteed. We can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery Royal Mail incur.
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Within the UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for standard delivery. Europe and Rest of the World can take anywhere between 5 to 14+ days to arrive.
Some of our items are made to order so may take 10 days to be dispatched.

Payment
We accept Paypal (you can pay with a credit/debit card via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account). Please make payment within 24 hours of purchase.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Returns
If you are unhappy with an item please return the goods within two weeks, with a note giving the reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please retain a Certificate of Posting. No responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.
